When I arrived at the festival, the mainstage grounds were already open, even as workmen were still finishing the newly constructed stage. As the crowd gathered, something unexpected happened: people began applauding the workmen, honoring their effort and resilience. I captured that raw, unscripted moment on video. Within half a day, that single clip resonated worldwide, reaching 20+ million views and proving that authenticity can be more powerful than any grand eye-catcher.
